1. The warranty for the correct operation of the equipment is provided by Bizhouse Sp. z o. o. for a definite period of 2 years from the date of purchase of the equipment.

2. This warranty covers hardware defects due to defective parts and / or production defects.

3. Damaged equipment is delivered to Bizhouse Sp. z o. o. or to a selected business partner in customer’s country in person, by mail or courier.

4. In the case of courier shipments, all costs related to the delivery of equipment for the service and package security, insurance, transportation and other risks shall be borne by the Customer.

5. Any defects or damage to the equipment disclosed during the warranty period will be removed free of charge within 14 days; in justified cases this deadline may be extended, however is shall not be longer than up to 31 days from the date of delivery of the equipment for service.

6. The warranty does not cover:

a) mechanical, chemical, thermal or intentional damage to equipment and defects caused by it,

b) damage and defects resulting from incorrect use or handling inconsistent with the instructions for use, storage of transport or equipment maintenance, as well as the use of equipment not in accordance with safety regulations.

7. Each defective piece of equipment is inspected by the service for correctness of operation. If the equipment is found in working order, Bizhouse Sp. z o. o. may charge the Customer with costs related to inspection and return shipping of the equipment.

8. Faulty equipment or parts with expired claim periods become the property of Bizhouse Sp. z o. o.

9. The rights and obligations of the parties are governed solely by this agreement, with the terms and conditions that the Customer should familiarize themselves with.

10. Should it prove impossible to replace the equipment with an identical product, it will be replaced with equipment with no worse functional parameters than the product to be replaced.

11. Bizhouse Sp. z o. o. reserves the right to change the terms of the warranty. The new warranty conditions will not be retroactive.
