We provide a 2-year warranty for each new piece of equipment purchased from us. The warranty covers all damages that were not caused by the fault of the customer. Defective equipment should be sent back to our company address or to a business partner in the country.

The package with damaged equipment should be accompanied by a completed complaint form available here.

We provide warranty and post-warranty service for the equipment offered by us. We remove any reported defects immediately after receiving the equipment in question. We ship the repaired, working product to the customer immediately after repair.

Each reader can be purchased with a service pack that extends the warranty for the equipment for another year, two or three years.
